The best hires in this country have always come from one veteran vouching for another. So when you send us someone who gets hired, you get paid for the vouch.

Refer them. They get hired. You get $500.

How it works

Find a role on the open roles page and think of the person who'd be great at it.

Send them the link. When they apply, they choose "Referral" and put your name in the "Who referred you?" box. That step is everything, so make sure they do it.

If they're hired, a $100 gift card goes out with your name on it after they start.

When they complete 90 days on the job, $400 more follows. $500 total for knowing your people.

The rules, kept simple

  1. Your name must be in the "Who referred you?" box on their original application. No name at application, no bonus, and we can't add it after the fact.
  2. One bonus per hire. If two people claim the same candidate, the name on the first application wins.
  3. You must be a member of the FRONTLINE Cadre when your referral applies. Joining is free and takes two minutes.
  4. The bonus pays in two parts: a $100 gift card after your referral starts the job, and $400 more when they complete 90 days of employment. If the placement ends before 90 days, the second payment doesn't apply.
  5. Gift cards may count as taxable income to you; that part is on you.
